Materials

Made with rich mango and shea butters, nourishing plant oils, a touch of beeswax for stability, and skin‑safe fragrance or essential oils. Whipped to a creamy, fluffy texture.

Care

Store in a cool, dry place. Natural butters may soften in warm weather — simply chill to firm up. Keep lid tightly closed and use clean hands or a cosmetic spoon. External use only.

Products Returns

We want you to love every product you receive. Because our items are handcrafted in small batches and made for personal use, we follow a simple, clear return policy to keep everything safe, hygienic, and fair.

Unopened & Unused Items

We accept returns on unopened, unused products with the seal fully intact within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened body butters
Used soaps
Burned candles
Any product with a broken seal

These items are final sale once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’re happy to replace the item or offer a refund.

Custom Orders

Custom scents, personalized labels, gift sets, or made‑to‑order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our end.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
